Purchase proposals are stored in our data platform for the period necessary to fulfill them and in compliance with legal terms. You can access your purchase proposals by visiting the “My Account” section online.
LuxuEye reserves the right not to accept your purchase proposals, for example, if there is no guarantee of solvency; if the proposal is incomplete or incorrect; or due to the unexpected unavailability of products. In such cases, we will inform you via email that the contract is not concluded, specifying the reason for non-acceptance.
If the products presented on luxueye.com are no longer available or on sale at the time of receipt or fulfillment of your purchase proposal, we will promptly notify you (within thirty (30) days from the day after the submission of your order proposal) about the possible unavailability of the products. LuxuEye does not assume the responsibility to source unavailable products from other sources. If a payment transaction has already taken place, LuxuEye will reimburse any monies paid for the unavailable products without delay, and the sales contract will be considered terminated.
By submitting the order proposal, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these General Conditions and the additional information contained on luxueye.com, such as our Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy Information. If you do not agree with any of the points listed in the General Conditions, please do not submit your purchase proposal for products on luxueye.com.
3. Product Presentation and Pricing
The product details page presents the essential characteristics of the items for sale on the website. Please note that images and colors of products may differ from the actual ones due to the user’s Internet browser and monitor settings. Minor variations (shapes, colors, etc.) between the displayed images and the actual products do not constitute a lack of conformity. Product Availability: LuxuEye is committed to constantly updating product availability on the site. However, requested products may be “temporarily unavailable” for reasons beyond LuxuEye’s control. In these cases, LuxuEye operates in accordance with point 2 of these General Conditions, regarding the “unexpected unavailability of the products”.
The product prices on the website are expressed in United States Dollars ($). Product prices may be subject to updates. Adding a product to the “cart” does not fix the final sale price and does not guarantee that price changes will not occur. Price changes will not apply to orders already submitted and for which the user has received a purchase proposal confirmation email.
Before submitting a purchase proposal, the user is asked to verify the final sale price. If there is a recognizable error in the displayed price, either generated by the system or by LuxuEye, or in the calculation of the amount requested at the time of payment, LuxuEye reserves the unconditional right not to accept the proposal and will contact the user to offer the opportunity to resubmit the purchase proposal at the corrected price.

Discounts will apply only to purchase proposals formalized by the user and accepted by LuxuEye. 4. Payment Methods
When finalizing your order proposal, you can choose a payment method that suits your needs from those offered at checkout:
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard) through PayPal
- PayPal, for users with a PayPal ID
In the case of payment by credit card, the information you provide (e.g., credit card number, expiry date, cardholder name, etc.) will not be stored or processed directly by LuxuEye. This information will only be used by LuxuEye to manage your purchase or, if necessary, following the exercise of your right to cancel, to provide a refund in the case of returned products, or to prevent or report illegal or fraudulent activities to the police.
The total amount displayed at the time the purchase proposal is sent, including any shipping costs, will be charged to your PayPal account or credit card at the time of the transaction.
5. Shipment and Delivery
Upon completing your purchase proposal, orders will be processed and shipped to the address provided at checkout.
6. Right to Cancel and Return Order
You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with LuxuEye within 30 days from the day you receive the product(s) purchased.
The right to cancel does not apply if you have purchased products tailored or clearly personalized; products that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly; or sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or health protection and have been opened after delivery.
The cooling-off period during which you may exercise your right to cancel and return ends 30 days after the day you or a designated person, other than the delivery carrier, takes physical possession of the ordered product. For several products ordered in the same order but delivered separately, the 30-day term starts from the day you take possession of the last item delivered. In the case of a contract for multiple products, you can proceed with a partial return by providing adequate information to LuxuEye when exercising the right to cancel.

LuxuEye will send you an email confirmation of receipt of the request to exercise the right to cancel, accepting the return or, if not accepted, informing you of the reasons for non-acceptance.
In case of acceptance, you must return the products to LuxuEye, entrusting them to an express courier (shipment with package tracking) within 4 days from the date of receipt of the confirmation email. Unless otherwise specified at the time of acceptance of the purchase proposal by LuxuEye, the customer must bear the cost of returning the goods.
Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, i.e.:
- In their original packaging, complete with all accessories, instructions for use, and any documentation included in the packaging. If the original packaging is lost, you must replace it at your expense.
- They must not have been used or worn and must not show obvious signs of use, making them unsaleable.
- They must not be broken, tampered with, damaged, or appear washed or cleaned.
- Any identification tags must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal intact, which is an which is an integral part of the item.
If the returned product does not comply with the above conditions, or if the right to cancel does not apply, the return will not be accepted.
The possibility of returning the products does not in any way limit the customer’s legal rights.
7. Acceptance of Returns and Refunds
LuxuEye does not accept any responsibility in the event that products are returned by mistake or in the event that other objects, not part of the contract, are returned in error.
Once a return has been received, LuxuEye staff will check and verify that the returned products comply with the terms and conditions indicated in the previous paragraph.
If the right to cancel is exercised in accordance with the terms and modalities indicated, LuxuEye will notify you of the confirmation by email and will reimburse, without undue delay and in any case within 2 days of confirmation, the amounts due directly to the account or payment method (e.g., PayPal or Credit Card) used at the time of purchase.
A 25% restocking fee applies to returns initiated due to customer error or change of preference. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and restocking of the product. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount issued to the original payment method.
In the event that the terms are not respected, due to delay in exercising the right to cancel or obvious damage to the returned product, you will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid to LuxuEye.
You are responsible for any decrease in the value of the products being returned, resulting from any use other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality. If a failure to comply with the integrity terms referred to in the previous paragraph is ascertained, resulting in a decrease in the value of the returned products, you will not be entitled to a full refund of the sums already paid. A percentage equal to the decrease in value of the products (estimated from 10% to 90%) of the amounts paid by you will be deducted and communicated to you via email by LuxuEye.
In the cases described above, you will be notified by email of the non-acceptance of the return. You can choose, within 7 days, whether to have the products returned to you in the state in which they were returned to LuxuEye (at your expense and according to the modalities that will be communicated to you) or if LuxuEye can keep the products, in addition to any sums already paid for their purchase.
8. Warranty
If you are a consumer, or a physical person acting for purposes unrelated to any professional, entrepreneurial, commercial, or artisanal activity, you are entitled to a guarantee for defects and product discrepancies concerning consumer goods.
LuxuEye is liable to you for any lack of conformity present at the time of delivery of the product and which occurs within 6 months of delivery. The warranty expires if the lack of conformity is not reported within two (2) months from the date on which it was discovered.
Any defect must be communicated to LuxuEye by contacting Customer Service in one of the ways indicated above. If a lack of conformity is found, you have the right to request the repair or replacement of the product. If such remedies are not possible or are excessively burdensome, you will be entitled to a reduction in the price paid or termination of the contract.
